World Best Value's products are under 1 year manufacturer warranty.
We will process returns and exchanges of defective merchandise upon receipt of returned merchandise. Processing of returns will take about 14 business days, as we deal with international suppliers this time could vary.  There will be no shipping charge for the exchange of defective merchandise.
You must obtain an RMA Return Merchandise Authorization number before a return can be accepted. Send requests to ngtravis@optonline.net. The returned package must be received within 10 business days of the RMA.
All items must be returned in New condition, in the original packaging and include all accessories, manuals, etc.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. World Best Value's  reserves the right to decline any order after electronic receipt of order.
